He established a small workshop known as the "Steel horses" along the banks of the Brenta River in Bassano del Grappa. Over time, this workshop thrived as it met the growing demand for bicycles. In recent years, particularly since 2008, Wilier Triestina has experienced substantial growth, thanks to the popularity of international cycling and the introduction of new models. This growth is reflected in double-digit increases in both revenue and bicycle production, solidifying Wilier's presence in the global market.
